Yes our messaging portal is web based. So you can login to the messaging portal via your web browser in any device including tablets and iPads.
Do you support attachment like pictures and videos?
Our SMS enabled numbers will support MMS to send and receive pictures and video messages.
Is it possible to have more than one person responding to incoming text messages?
Yes, our portal allows you to add more than one login (agent) to answer incoming text messages. Each agent will have their own login information and can send and receive messages in their portal.
Can I have more than one SMS enabled number?
Yes you can enable any number of SMS numbers under your plan. Please refer to our pricing page for more information about activating more SMS number under the same plan.
Is there a limitation to number of text messages we can receive?
Please check the available plans on our website to choose the right plan. Each plans includes a package of incoming and outgoing text messages. If you use more messages than included in the plan, you will still be able to send and receive messages for an overage fee. Please refer to our pricing page for more information.
Can I obtain a new phone number and use it to receive text messages?
Yes, you can easily order new phone number with area code of your choice and start receiving text messages through your web portal. To order a new SMS number simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I schedule automatic responses to incoming text messages?
Yes, the web portal allows you to schedule automatic responses to incoming text messages.
How do I receive the text messages on my business phone line?
Using our user friendly web portal which is mobile optimized, you can send and receive text messages. You can also choose to receive the incoming text messages in your email or forward to your cell phone number and receive them on your phone
Can I receive text messages on my old business phone number?
We have the ability to turn up text messaging capabilities on most phone numbers. Please email support at email@example.com and provide the phone numbers and you can expect the results the same business day.
